Duplicate URL unfurling encoding problem

I got problem where some characters are not properly encoded in local links when unfurled.
For example Život is shown as život etc.
No problems with external links however.

Is this XF bug or something on my side? Thanks.

Think it is an issue with XF2 forum, the metadata returns, "file_get_contents(http://www.xenforo.com/community/threads/157548/): failed to open stream: HTTP request failed! HTTP/1.1 403 Forbidden"

The "Test messages" forum is not open to guests so it cannot be read arbitrarily by a HTTP client (the unfurling system fetches metadata via an anonymous HTTP request, even if it's an internal link) hence the 403 error.
