url rewrite rule template for IIS ?

Hi
To run my forum on a Windows server i had to disable the SEO extension for "friendly url". I found out that there is mod_rewrite extension installed but no rule configured.

Is there a template you could provide or has someone a step by step how to for me to create the correct rule on IIS for XF !?

One question.
There is already a web.config file in the domain root. Should i just include the code there or should in be an extra file in the /forum/ directory which is the root of the forum ?
