XF 2.3 url character error

Romantized url and emoji conversion option is turned on but the Turkish character "ı" on url turns into "-". Normally, it should appear as "i" in the url.

For example: https://tamirmasasi.net/konular/mechanic-14-inc-buyuk-ekran-ay-rma-seperator.110/

How do I fix this error?
