Cannot reproduce Upload not working on mobile device

Nexus 4 using native Chrome browser on latest Jelly Bean OS.

When I go to upload a file attachment to a post, I get the non-Flash (standard) uploader. The black "throbber" in the upper right corner displays constantly, yet the browser can sit there for several minutes with no progress.

The same photo attachment will upload through a desktop browser and is only about 60% of the size limit. (File is 2.88MB and my size limit is 5.00MB.)

I have tried this on both 1.1.4 and 1.2 Beta, and it does not work in either one.

Here is how my phone has been sitting for the last 15 minutes or so on my latest attempt:

Works fine for me with Chrome on Android 4.2.2, Nexus 7

Works for me as well. Unfortunately, it's quite hard to debug unless you hook it up to remote debugging (https://developers.google.com/chrome-developer-tools/docs/remote-debugging).

I'll have to try that--it's definitely not working here. I'd ship you my phone if I could, but I don't have any spares. I'll see if I can install the Android SDK on an older computer here.

Not a bug--I found a PHP configuration issue causing it. (I normally set file upload limits for 4MB but for some reason, the forums were set to 2MB.)
