XF 1.2 Upload 0%

I was able to upload images when I originally installed XenForo but cannot now . I switched the original location where Xenforo was originally installed, now to the root. Is there a conf file I need to change for the members upload data now?

permission are 777

Or, why are uploads not continuing past 0%?

Make sure permissions are 777 on all sub-directories and files in /data and internal_data as wells as the base /data /internal_data.
Try disabling the flash uploader and see if it works then.

Disabling the flash uploader fixed this. Thanks Tracy!
