XF 2.1 Upgrade to 2.1.6 Error message help

I am using the admin CP to carry oout the upgrade but I get an error message straight away...

Please advise what I should do now...?

Go to Admin -> Tools -> Check for upgrades, re-run the upgrade check and then try to upgrade again.
