Closed Error message when changing thread to resource

I wanted to report a bug that I encountered when trying to change a thread to a resource. The error message that I received was "The new resource discussion thread must be a standard discussion thread."

I noticed that the thread in question was previously categorized as an "Article" before it was converted to a "General discussion" thread. Despite this conversion, I was still unable to associate it as a resource thread, which seems to be an issue.

Thank you for reporting this issue. Resources only accept a thread whose type is discussion. Changing the thread's type to discussion lets it pass, but moving an article into a forum that allows articles leaves it an article.
