XF 1.2 Upgrade Server Error

Hi I just tried to upgrade to 1.2 and get the following server error:

We've seen this before, but haven't seen what actually causes it - it seems to relate to unexpected data in the database. If you refresh, you should get some different numbers in the exact error message. It should fix itself after a few times.
