XF 2.2 Updating to 2.2.5

Hi

I have been trying to update to 2.2.5. From the home admin panel I have a message 2.2.5 available now, have backed up the site, then update starts, but then get message:

Forbidden​

You don't have permission to access this resource.

I notice that the url for this message is: https://www.moodyowners.info/install/oc-upgrader.php

Any ideas on how to fix this?

Before proceeding you are not currently showing as licensed.

Please log into your customer account area and add your forum username to the list of forum users. At that point you should be able to continue replying to this message.

However, from here, this would likely point at either a permissions issue with the oc-upgrader.php file or something on the server which is blocking the request entirely, so your host may be of more assistance.

Have sorted out the account issue, my organization was licensed but not associated with my username. I have been looking at permission and config files surrounding our server. Could I ask how large the update file is, as currently we have max file upload size set to 256Mbytes.

The error you are facing is a server issue.

Contact your host and explain that you are receiving a 403 forbidden error and they should be able to diagnose what is triggering it and apply some whitelisting.
