Error when updating to 2.2.12

Hi,

When I tried to upgrade to 2.2.12 through automatic process through my forum panel, I get this error message and now I can't continue. What should I do now?... upgrade it manually (download package, upload through ftp and go through upgrade process)?

It seems the new column for cookie consens is not there. Can you take a look at thia at your DB?

I think you should open a support ticket so they can check it for you.

Yeah, I would open a ticket were it me. My upgrade in my dev went fine so something is clearly awry there.

it seems everything its ok now... just upgrade manually (without needing to upload through ftp) and works fine now

Just FYI, I got an error that may be related:

• ErrorException: [E_WARNING] Undefined array key "cookieConsent"
• src/XF/Pub/App.php:675

(I'm hoping it is benign error since no plans to provide granularity of permissions on cookies.)

I have this same problem in my ACP while trying to upgrade from 2.2.10 to 2.2.13 by using the ACP method of upgrading.
My site and ACP aren't reachable and only displays: "The site is currently being upgraded. Please check back later"

I'm wondering what the fix was, should I try and go back in my browser? I'm at /forums/install/index.php?upgrade/run-job

Kind of freaking out right now as I can't change anything...

I was able to complete the update process by using the manual update described earlier in this thread:
"it seems everything its ok now... just upgrade manually (without needing to upload through ftp) and works fine now"

Everything seems to be ok for me, needed to update by going to the install directory with my browser.
