Lack of interest Update to Owl Carousel 2.0

For the 'new media' block, it may be a good idea to upgrade to Owl Carousel 2.0 at some point. It will allow infinite scrolling of carousels, and a bunch of other new features. (Probably better suited for 2.0 as Owl Carousel 2 is still in beta).
