They're generating thousands in ad income? They're obviously content there for them to be reading.

In that response to Markos, I was referring to average online users in general on any site.

You asked what happened if a forum had tons of users but who weren't posting. My response is that they'd still be generating lots of revenue. If a forum has 10,000 online users, whatever they're doing regarding content they must be doing right.
