XF 2.2 Unfurl 403 error code

Unfurl doesn't work when sharing some threads. On the test page, it gives the following error. How can I fix it?

The following error occurred while fetching metadata from URL https://www.domain.com

Could not fetch metadata from URL with error: Response returned a non-successful status code: 403

A 403 error is forbidden.

The target server is refusing to authorise the request.
