XF 1.5 Unexpeted Database Error after migrating to New VPS

After migrating to New VPS ,
I am getting unexpected database error
data base looks fine and correctly migrated.
Any clue ??

Your hosting provider needs to add the MySQL PECL to their PHP stack. If you are on a VPS and using cPanel (and this is not a managed system) you need to recompile PHP and use the advanced options and be sure to include the MySQL and GD modules.

can i use Easy apache installer to re compile?
