Unexpected database error

Either i did something wrong without being in the ACP for once or may hosting provider is being slow? very confused right now.

not seeing anything but i am seeing this

Well that is a XenPorta error. But that has nothing to do with the database error.

Is the error persistent? What action triggers it? Can you provide me with a URL and instructions to reproduce it?

Not really sure how to reproduce the error, and it doesn't really effect the forum's ability to perform the way it should, i called Godaddy, and they told me that someone on my shared hosting had a large amount of traffic so i'm assuming that may be the problem.

Any idea if that xenporta error may cause something to go wrong in the future?

That XenPorta error appears to have been fixed in the latest version. You should download an update for XenPorta:
