XF 1.3 undefined: Security error occurred.

Hello,

I've been translating a couple of phrases, and now I'm getting an error almost everytime that I click 'Save Phrase'.

What is this caused by?

EDIT:
If I try to close the popup and search for a phrase, it keeps throwing the same error.

Is it just with phrases or elsewhere?

Only happened with phrases, and it was appearing on and off. Haven't been appearing since the day I made the first post in this thread
