Fixed Unable to Warn Soft Deleted Media

Jeremy

in memoriam 1991-2020
  • Remove media from public view
  • View media as moderator with ability to warn
  • Choose to warn media
Expected Result:
Warning Screen

Actual Result:
"You do not have permission to view this page or perform this action."

Why would you be doing things in reverse order? Imho the proper way is to first issue the warn and then remove the media.

Btw here you have a suggestion Chris, when warning media give the moderator the ability to choose whether to keep or remove the media, too. Just like how it work for posts...

I disagree. I think Jeremy's order is correct. If something is inappropriate, it needs to be removed immediately. After that you can then warn the member, possibly after discussion in the report centre with other moderators who you may want to consult about the level of the warning to be applied.

Well... it's a matter of personal preference but you have to agree that this would be the best:

This was actually the same bug as the other warning one, really, just a different reproduction case. So, already fixed.
