Closed Unable to unstick permanent redirect

This was a reported bug a while ago that was listed as resolved. Looks like it is back.

If you stick a post, then move it with a permanent redirect, you can not unstick the permanent redirect if you unstick the original message.

In the current version a permanent redirect can be unstuck from the old forum with inline moderation, separately from the moved thread.
