Unable to post installation related question

I know this is a wrong place for this post and I couldn't find a suitable one.

I couldn't find any answer to my installation related problem, so I've decided to create a new thread in a related customer forum and unfortunately none of them was visible for me when I tried to post after setting up an associated user.

The forums I tried to post a questions in are:
1. Installation, upgrade, and import support
2. Troubleshooting and problems
3. XenForo questions and support

I've just checked the customer account linked to the email address on this forum account and you have a different forum account associated.

I suspect it may be your original account from 2011, which hasn't been logged in to for 10 years.

I can't recall that I opened an account 10 years ago. What a surprise! ;-)

I logged in with the same account I create during the purchase process, so I assume that it's linked.

Great idea and I just did it.

As I said in the ticket, either log in and use the 10 year old account that you associated this morning, or associate this other account you created yesterday - toby88.

But that is not the account you have associated with your license.

It's working now. I've solved it by replacing forum user name from toby to toby88; this step is a little confusing for me.
