Fixed Unable to change thumbnail of other's media

I can change the thumbnail of my own media. When choosing "Change Media" on someone else's media, I can choose and upload a new thumbnail, but it doesn't actually change the thumbnail.

Although, there is some weird UI where the moment it "uploads" it closes the dialog without clicking "Save Changes".

Actually, it does appear to have changed, but reloading the Change Thumbnail on someone else's media doesn't appear to have it changed:

It works, but basically just needs a cache buster on the thumbnail to prevent browser caching.
