XF 1.5 UI.X won't let me log in (Firefox)

I'm using a (more or less) untouched UI.X on a (more or less) untouched XenForo, just for fun (that's why there are not really many things going on there...). However, I recently noticed that Firefox (by default) does not show me the login pop-up, it only shows the loading bar and spits out some JavaScript error:

ReferenceError: gapi is not defined xenforo.js:215:1
Disabling Firefox's built-in "tracking protection" solves the issue. As Firefox is commonly used, I wish there was a way to fix that right in the code though.

    Any ideas?

Does it work in a default style using FF?

If so, you will need to contact the style author for support.

Yes, it does. The default xF style does not use UI.X's pop-up anyway.

I thought someone could already have stumbled upon this issue here. But I'll try the Audentio support later. Thanks though.

You're better off posting in the discussion thread for an add-on/style if you want to ask others for solutions to problems. Users of the add-on/style are more likely to see your post.
