Paypal won't let me complete purchase

Okay so, I bought a prepaid card and had $140 put onto it. I also have $48 in paypal balance. It is saying both of the cards are denied. I called the company and it says there is $140 on the card. What should I do?

If you are using a prepaid card, make sure to go to the web site that owns it and create an account and enter in your information there. As a lot of payment gateways require an address before they will process the payment.
