Fixed Typing oddity with smilies/emoji autocomplete

It's mostly just that we don't have any video extensions set as allowed in Attachment options and this is currently the default/expected behaviours, but I will leave this open as I think we're going to consider some alternative approaches based on some feedback we've had from the HYS thread.

For now, you should be ok to upload that now.

Just to clarify: I hit enter 3 times, started typing "Fillip" then that happened, then hit spacebar and typed "u wot m8?"

It seems to be an issue with just some smilies (text typed) followed by a new line. The only ones I've spotted so far that it affects are :D :p :o. So it may be the ones that have a single colon in them that's causing the issue (and they don't autocomplete or parse though that's probably due to them only being 2 characters long.

This should now be resolved, please open a new bug report with specific test cases if anything similar happens.
