XF 1.4 Twitter login does not work

Just tried to setup twitter integration...
I have followed all the instruction from here:

but got an error message:
An unexpected error occurred. Please try again later.

I have done this before with my wordpress site and it works fine.
I'm pretty sure that I've done it right... am I missing something?

I have put the consumer API key and API Secret

I did the Test Twitter integrations and get this :

thanks, it works now, I left the callback URL empty before.
