Turn Post Replies on/off per thread

Hi All,

I'm trying to find an option/add-in for the OP to allow replies or disable replies to be posted to their thread.
I don't want to restrict users from "Post replies to threads by others", I'd like to give the OP the option to turn this on or off.

Is this possible?
