XF 2.1 Still able to post replies on locked threads

It wasn't always like this, but at some point or another members of my forum (including myself) have been able to post replies on locked threads.

Here's an example:

Hey I have a mopar 8" sound deck subwoofer enclosure for sale. This enclosure mounts behind the rear seat and gives you trunk room underneath. These boxes are hard to find so I am asking $270 obo. Just shoot me an offer and we can figure something out.

It says "Not open for further replies", but the reply box is still at the bottom, and members are still able to post replies.

What am I missing?

I wish I knew when this started, because I know for a fact it wasn't always like this.

Fixed it.

I had given the registered user group "for sale" node permissions to lock their own thread. My idea behind this was that once their item sold, they could close the thread for future replies.

However, apparently that permission allowed it so all registered members could post in those nodes, even if the thread had been locked.
