XF 2.0 Trying to upgrade, but telling me no upgrade available

Hi,

I'm currently running xeneforo 2.0.1. I'm trying to upgrade to 2.1.2 and when I go to install it tells me that there is no upgrade available. I've attached a screenshot.

Have you downloaded the latest version from your customer account and uploaded the files to the server?

The 1 click upgrade is only available from XF2.1+ (from within the ACP).

Yes, I actually did it twice to ensure I had the right files. I just renewed my license today so that I could upgrade versions.

If the upgrade isn't triggering then either the files are not in the correct location on the server, or over aggressive server caching is preventing the new files from being served.

I unzipped all the files in the upload folder. So, xxxxx.com/community/upload. then i go to xxxxx.com and try xxxx.com/community/install.

You need to move the files from /upload to /community - the same place where the existing files are.

Thanks. I am happy to see an upgrade option now with 2.1. This will make things so much easier.
