XF 2.0 Trying to turn off image upload for all user groups...

Trying to turn off image upload for all user groups via user group permissions, Forum permissions/Upload attachments to posts and signature/no , conversations/no. Turned all off and a user can still upload an image. What did I miss ? TY

What about in the node permissions?
But if you turned the user group permissions off then you should technically be good to go.

Yes going over all permissions again TY wasn't using inherit
