Trying to purchase license - paypal error

Hi, I am trying to purchase a license but I am getting a PayPal error. I've tried three different broswers.

I'm good now. Looks like Paypal was having a brain-fart.

Submit a ticket or just wait a few hours and try again as PayPal could just be having an internal issue currently.
