When the trophy system is disabled, the 'Trophies' item still appears in the help navigation, although clicking it just redirects to the main help listing.
At this point, the help system does not inspect any permissions or system settings in its navigation system, so the solution here is to disable the trophy help item independently by editing the help page itself
