We have a user upgrade option called "Pro Member" that we charged $20 a year for and it's not recurring. I would like to revise this upgrade option by adding more features to it and changing the cost and billing format (charging a recurring monthly fee instead of an annual no recurring fee). Trying to figure out the best way of carrying this out. Should we disable the current "Pro Membership" upgrade option and create a new upgrade? Will that take the old upgrade option away from people who already paid for the year? Should we just modify the existing upgrade option instead? How will this effect the existing members with the upgrade? Will they have access to the new features? Will they start getting charges monthly even though they still have free time left on their one year upgrade? Hoping someone can give some advice on how to handle this.
