XF 1.5 Transparent Header to use page background

I've been searchhing the forum and just cant seem to find what my issue is.

I have an image for the page background I am using, and want it to display in the header as well, seamlessly. Making the header transparent is apparently my issue. I'm trying to have no seam between the page background and the header.

I'm trying to remove the seam as seen here where the header and the page background meet, its the same on the footer. I would like to have just the background image come through on the header.

I do have the header set to transparent, but clearly I am missing something.
