Transfer host backup database?

I want to change host from cPanel to VPS.
how can i save database of all posts and users topic's boards, i only need that.

But i dont want the whole backup only the users, boards, topics.
I dont want a backup of addons in my database or other things.

Uninstall the add-ons and remove any associated files.

You can't selectively transfer content and data.

Hope I havent picked this up wrong but you CAN be selective in the database backup & restore features of MySQLDumper..

Do as Brogan says " Uninstall the add-ons and remove any associated files. "

Then dont select the options in MySQLDumper ; ie only select the tables you DO want backed up...
