Hope I havent picked this up wrong but you CAN be selective in the database backup & restore features of MySQLDumper.. Do as Brogan says " Uninstall the add-ons and remove any associated files. " Then dont select the options in MySQLDumper ; ie only select the tables you DO want backed up...
