Totally useless search feature

Literally, whenever I try to search something in my own forum, I get the old results first. What the actual ****!

I have the Enhanced Search plugin!
I have the latest Elastic Search!
I have up to date search index!


WTF do I have to do more? If I have to use Google custom sarch, why am I paying for those features?

Enlighten me please!

You might want to enable recency weighting:



Please note the "Use dynamic scripting in Elasticsearch" option below. If you have dynamic scripting enabled in Elasticsearch then you should be able to check that box. Otherwise you will need to, as the description states, copy the files in the location mentioned to the Elasticsearch scripts directory.

As a side note, you might find people are more forthcoming with support and quicker to respond if you adjust the tone and attitude within your posts slightly. This isn't the first time this has been mentioned to you (I've previously had to delete your posts for this reason) so I would appreciate it if you could take that feedback on board. It helps everyone, especially you.
