Top Poster Statistics Widgets+Contest Winner+Page Of Day-Week-Month 2.1.0

No permission to download
Update : have replaced PosterOfMonth.php file with the one from 2.0.0 beta, and that works fine now - so panic slightly over....

Try to re upload all files.

Yup - did that.... no difference. Now i seem to have found a way around the issue, i'll de-install and re-install again from scratch later tonight when it's a little quieter... see if that makes a difference :)

Gonna also compare those lines between the two versions - see the difference...

Just for info, when i tried to delete the add-on it came up with...

ErrorException: Fatal Error: syntax error, unexpected '[' - library/PosterOfMonth/Installer.php:16

In fact, it comes up with the same error when i try to disable the add-on... :(

Just tried to update, however get the following error....

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected '[' in /home/pinball/public_html/community/library/PosterOfMonth/Model/PosterOfMonth.php on line 168

Seems that this happens EVERY time i open a post. Have tryed to disable the mod, it mentions about an error in the javascript console, and it still comes up whenever i try to open every single thread...

Someone please help... :(
PHP 5.3 has already reached its end of life 5 months back. This addon works with PHP 5.4 onwards. Kindly upgrade your PHP version.

Having some problems with the latest version of this. I have selected to include "Administrators" and "Registered" groups into the top poster of the month competition, but after upgrading and "poster of the month cache reset"-cronjob has ran, it will only list administrators in the sidebar.
Also tried running it with only registered users group and with no groups selected, but after running the cron (with sidebar cache disabled), it would still only display admins in the sidebar. If I replace file "/library/PosterOfMonth/Model/PosterOfTheMonth.php" with the file from beta version and run the cron again, then it works just fine.

Thanks for the add-on.

I installed it, configured options but cannot get the widget to appear on sidebar. What am I missing? I am using widget framework.

I'll look into the issue ASAP.
Thanks for the descriptive post! :)

Do the totals that are displayed update only after the cron "Poster of the Month Cache Reset" runs each day?

So if I wanted it to update more often I shouild change the cron to run more times per day?

Also in the widget framework what is the recommended setting for Cache TTL for this add on?

@Aayush Are you the developer of this add-on? If so, @Allysa. has been facing a bug as you can see here :

I can't seem to get the "User Groups Allowed" option to work properly. I only include "registered" members, but moderators still end up winning the title and showing up on the leaderboards...

Super struggling to get this to work

All installed, widget set up, page shows up...

..But it's empty, no stats, nothing in ls_pom_cache or ls_pom_winner tables

The Forum is relatively new, do you have to have had this thing going for a month for it to show up?

@Aayush

Edit: If I select all user groups in allow, it will show up administrators in the box (with a weird count, does this include likes?)

Edit Edit: Oh, this has already been reported. No fix yet then.

I just installed this and wanted to ask if there was an option for the widget to be a different style. My sidebar is wider so a lot of space is wasted. I wanted something like staff members where I can use larger avatars and have the username/number of posts only show up when hovering over.

Or, if there was a way to make the widget list in two columns, that would allow me to post the top 10 in the depth of only five. ;)

If it's just a matter with playing with the css, where might I find the original code? Thanks.

Ok I got the Leaderboard to show up - but the strange thing is that it is only showing admins and moderators and not any actual members.
