Lack of interest Tooltip with forum description isn't appearing for subforums on forum index

You get a tooltip as such with the forum description for nodes in the root of the forum index.

This doesn't work for me on my sub forums listed in the forum index (not hidden behind a drop down). This behaviour seems inconsistent and like a bug. It's annoying not being able to browse the index and hover over subforums to read their description as you can with every other node before clicking to enter them.

That is currently as designed.

I'll move this to suggestions, but yes it is roughly as expected at this point. This is the first time I recall seeing a comment about this.
