XF 1.3 Too many notifications

Hello,

one of my users complains receiving too many notification emails. I told her to check these two links

/watched/forums

/watched/threads

to see if there are any active notifications. Both lists are empty - but the mails still arrive.

Is there any possibility for me as an admin to check which notifications a user has activated or to disable all notification emails for a single user?

Tell her to check: /account/preferences and uncheck any option with "and receive email notifications".

There should be links for her to stop watching a thread/all threads in the bottom of the email, assuming it is watching content. If that's not it, then we'd need to see a bit of the email to figure out what the notification is.
