I don’t own this add-on, but is it an actual cover gallery the admin sets up? Or is is a self made gallery by the pictures you upload?
Try uploading some covers and see if it starts building a cover gallery for yourself. I could be wrong but that is the conclusion I’m getting from the description of the add-on.

Yes, I think so, I have already chmod 777 all directories in internal_data
