TinyMCE doing strange things now CDN enabled

I seem to have an issue with TinyMCE now that I have enabled the CDN for images and javascript. I am sure I saw a setting somewhere about CDN & TinyMCE but for the life of me I cannot find it again.

Does it actually exist or was I seeing things? How is everyone else with activated CDN's handling TinyMCE?
