can someone tell me where js/tinymce/tiny_mce.js is being set in the header?

i looked in the page contantainer js header and I dont see it there.

Reason being, cloudflare. Whatever reason cloudflare likes to screw up tinymce (at least on chrome) I disabled rocket whatever and that seems to work for now. There is a way to disable that js file from being affected if I could just find it.
