Server issue Timezone (UTC+08:00) Krasnoyarsk - 1 hour difference

This phrase is correct, but time does not.
Forum displays the wrong time (+7 instead of +8).
For example, now in Krasnoyarsk 20:14. But XenForo shows 19:14.

That is actually handled by the underlying timezone data on your server. It's normally updated with PHP (depending on how you installed PHP at least), so newer versions have more recent changes - though I believe you can update it through PECL as well.

Unfortunately, there's nothing we can do about that.

Why then vB4 on the same server shows the correct time?

All times are GMT +8. The time now is 08:24 PM.
