Time Zone is Wrong - Recent Server Change

Hi all,

Recently changed hosting from a UK server to a server in Germany, I have checked in Xenforo ACP that the time on the forum is still set to UTC but for some reason my world clock and shoutbox seem to be on GMT +9?

It has happened as we changed servers......

Anyone have any ideas whats gone wrong?

seems to have randomly fixed itself.....
