Closed Turkey's time zone is wrong

Turkey's time zone is UTC+03:00 but to XenForo it's UTC+02:00. It's confusing. What you think @Paul B @Chris D?

That’s Eastern Europe time zone, just use UTC+3

Far as I know you should be able to use Minsk - same rules (UTC+3, no daylight savings)

The whole database is 420-odd timezone entries so the XF team tried to cut it down to something manageable.

What’s selected there is Eastern Europe (non DST) which isn’t the timezone for Turkey anyway.
