Add-on Ticket System (Helpdesk) for XF2

With XF1 I was using the ******* Support Ticket System and was really helpful to give support to my users (also who can't login in my forum because they lose some of their details).

Now is there anything of similar compatible with XF2 or a bridge with external Helpdesk systems (like Zendesk, Freshdesk or similar)? What I need is to not have the user to register again in another service to get support.
