XF 1.4 Thread Tools

Hello,

How can I create custom thread tools, like a tool that close some thread, move and post a default response. I think that IPB has something like this.

These are already available in the core.

The third one would require custom development.

Not sure if I was suppose to make a new thread or not but how I edit the color scheme of the thread tools?
