Thread reply ban teeth 2.12.0

Has there been a request to also disallow a reply banned user from producing reports on posts in the thread?
Eg. They cannot react to posts, but also cannot report posts.
A malicious/petty user whom has been reply banned could submit multiple/ongoing reports on posts in the thread.

That hasn't been requested. If you are interested in funding that feature, please open a ticket on my site.

• Fix "Banned from threads" page didn't work
• Fix "Display thread reply banned banner on user's posts" option caused other options blocking thread functionality to sometimes still show the relevant buttons despite blocking submitting/saving.

• Show thread reply-ban expiry time on user's thread bans page
• Add "Thread bans" tab to user's profile to allow moderators to find all the threads a user was banned from
