I expected the thread redirect link to take me to the appropriate post of that thread when clicked, but this is not the case.
For example, I merged two threads, leaving a redirect, and the thread containing the previous (now merged) thread. When I click on the redirect, it simply takes me to the destination thread.
I propose the thread redirect link take you to first post of the (now merged) thread.
