Thread rating&eview - Adds a rating and review system for threads.

Overview:

• This add-on adds a rating and review system for threads. The rating is based on stars and the review is based on comments. The comments can be set either as optional or required and a minimum number of characters is also available to protect against short and useless comments. If someone is ignoring an user the ignored user won't be able to rate and review their threads. Forums can be excluded from having their threads rated and reviewed.

For the people too shy to comment, they might like the ability to UpVote or DownVote Reviews. Or Like or Dislike Reviews.
The Resource Manager allows replies to comments for a reason, some of the reviews are ridiculous and NEED a reply. DEMO. Or allow thank you comments from the Resource owner.

I also note that the RM allows Upvote and DownVote (I forgot it did that).

I wonder if at the bottom of a thread, there was a link to prompt people to Rate and Review the thread it might increase the number of ratings and reviews.

Yes, the aggregate rating schema markup for Google to feature thread ratings is supported.

I can develop an importer to transfer the data from other ratings add-ons to my add-on, but it will have to be as custom work. Meaning it will cost extra.

Something like this ? or maybe another button to see previous ratings and reviews ... might encourage someone to add their own contribution if they disagree with the previous ratings.
