When a moderator edits a prefix, it shows this in the Moderator Log:

Seems like there's something missing :)

As far as I am aware, it only does that when adding a prefix where previously there wasn't one.

If you change a prefix, then the name of the old prefix is displayed.

In which case, the - is being used to denote no prefix.

Okay I understand that and that IS the case.

But wouldn't it be better to have "Thread prefix edited from '-' tot 'Solved'" instead?

The to is always the next step and, if there haven't been any other edits, the current value.

Hm, I have this noticed too.
This is not bug, but how about this?

It comes with a RSS. Thread has been moved, and the prefix was added to it.

That's a different bug I reported to Mike earlier, and has been fixed.

It happens when applying a prefix to an existing thread using inline mod.
