Fixed Thread poll widget doesn't show question

I have added thread poll widget to the forum list but for some reason the widget is there and the choices are there, cast your vote button is there and view results button is also there as well but the question is not there. A blind vote!

I didn't add a title assuming the poll question is enough. The widget should define it self as Thread Poll and then have the question included as well.

This was half deliberate based on some feedback on the demo forum a while ago, but on reflection it looks like the changes might have been slightly over-zealous.

It's now been changed so that if you do not enter a title, then the poll question will be used instead. If you do enter a title, that will be used.
